All orders containing a pre-order item will ship together once all pieces are in stock. If you need part of your order sooner, just reach out to our team — we’re happy to make an accommodation when possible. Otherwise, your order will be held until your pre-order item arrives and everything can ship at once.

Our items ship within 2-4 business days of order placement. This means there is a processing time within the warehouse not including shipping time.

• For all sets except Pearl: Machine wash on a delicate cycle and tumble dry on cool.
• For the Pearl set: Turn inside out, wash on a delicate cycle, and hang dry.
• This will help maintain the softness and quality of your nightwear for longer.

Any customized, printed or embroidered items including sashes and robes are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

All final sale items from our sale collection purchased are final and cannot be returned.

We do not offer price matching during promotional periods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, removed tags or original packaging, stained/soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. This includes deodorant stains, make-up stains or removed/tampered with liners, etc.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
