Refund policy
As a small business we value you and want to do everything we can to provide a great experience. Because your business is so important to us, we want to make it easy to find the right size, a different color or even a different style that matches your needs. With this, all orders are only available for store credit or exchange only.
With this, all orders are valid for free exchange or store credit within our 30 day return policy.
- Any customized, printed or embroidered items including sashes and robes are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
- All sale items purchased from our sale collection that say "final sale" are final and cannot be returned.
- We do not price match previous orders during promotional periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday or our annual Birthday Sale.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, removed tags or original packaging, stained/soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. This includes deodorant stains, make-up stains or removed/tampered with liners, etc.
