Order Questions
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are as in love as we are with your WVL product however if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to accept your return or exchange if your item is unworn in the original condition.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All FEATHER PLEATS are for store credit OR size exchange ONLY.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note refunds take up to 10 business days to be processed.
If you are opting for a refund, you will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This shipping fee will be waived if "exchange" or "store credit" is chosen.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Exchanges

To process an exchange please note in the additional notes section the item and size you would like to exchange for or ‘store credit’ if preferred. You can always contact us for any return question at community@waverles.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed you will receive tracking through our partner 'route'.
When will my order arrive?
WVL offers standard ground shipping on all orders over $100. We aim to ship within 1-2 business days.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes! Please add the details in the notes section during check-out.
How do pre-orders work?
If an item is in stock is ordered with a pre-order item they will ship together when the pre-order is ready to ship. Please contact us if you need it prior however additional shipping charges may be applied. Please note pre-order dates are listed as an estimate and are subject to change.
I placed an order earlier this week, and now my items are on sale! Do you offer price adjustments?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.
Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items you purchase. All tax estimates will be calculated at checkout.
