As a small business we value you and want to do everything we can to provide a great experience. Because your business is so important to us, we want to make it easy to find the right size, a different color or even a different style that matches your needs 🤍

All ready to ship items and accessories ship within 3-5 business days of order placement and may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, all DOVE styles are for store credit or exchange ONLY. All other styles will incur a $15 re-stocking fee for re-packing and shipping. Exchanges and store credit are free.

All custom embroidery, sale or made to order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for merchandise or store credit.

Please visit our returns portal to process a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note refunds take up to 14 business days to be processed.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Waverles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive tracking through our partner 'route'.

When will my order arrive?

WVL offers standard ground shipping on all orders over $100. We aim to ship within 2-3 business days.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes! Please add the details in the notes section during check-out.

How do pre-orders work?

If an item is in stock is ordered with a pre-order item they will ship together when the pre-order is ready to ship. Please contact us if you need it prior however additional shipping charges may be applied. Please note pre-order dates are listed as an estimate and are subject to change.

I placed an order earlier this week, and now my items are on sale! Do you offer price adjustments?

Unfortunately, we do not! We are unable to offer price adjustments. Since we produce in small batches, we encourage you to buy early to ensure you receive your favorite pieces before they sell out! When you see an item on sale it typically implies it is the last of that size or color way.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items you purchase. All tax estimates will be calculated at checkout.
